Wedding-day timeline

Every Moment of Your Wedding Day, Perfectly Timed.

From morning preparations to the last dance — a running order that keeps suppliers, venues and everyone helping on the same page.

An illustrative day

A wedding day, hour by hour

A typical shape for a UK afternoon ceremony. Yours will differ — the point is that somebody, somewhere, needs it written down.

13:45Confetti and photographs

Illustrative only — couples adapt these times freely, and so does the app.

More than a list of times

What a coordinated running order actually does

A timeline is the difference between a day that runs itself and one that runs on questions.

One sequence everyone shares

The running order is built once, in the app, with times, locations and the person responsible for each moment — suppliers, venue and helpers all work from the same version.

Clashes surface early

WedPlan warns you when events overlap, so the photographer is never booked to be in two places — and the speeches never collide with the evening guests arriving.

A printable version for the day

The Wedding-Day Master Pack turns your timeline into a beautifully formatted A4 PDF, ready to hand to the venue, the coordinator, or the uncle with the clipboard.

Hand the day to someone you trust

The restricted wedding-day coordinator view gives a trusted helper this same schedule — with supplier contacts and live progress — without exposing your budget or guest details.

Questions

Anything else you would like to know, you can see for yourself in the demo.

Is the timeline above a template we have to follow?

No — it is an illustrative example of a typical UK day. Yours might have a morning ceremony or a midnight pizza van. In the app, the timeline is entirely yours: add any event, set its times, location and the person responsible.

Who is the timeline for?

For planning, it is for you and your partner. For the day itself, it becomes the reference for your venue, suppliers, master of ceremonies and anyone helping — especially through the coordinator view and the printable Master Pack.

Can suppliers be attached to timeline events?

Yes — each event can link to a supplier from your list, so "flowers arrive" is attached to the florist's record with their contact details.

Does the app tell us the "right" order for the day?

It suggests a starter running order when you set up, but there is no house style — edit, reorder and retime anything.
