RSVP tracker

Know Who's Coming to Your Wedding.

Send invitations knowing the replies have somewhere to go. Every acceptance, decline and dietary note lands in one organised place.

How replies reach you

Secure links, simple replies

No accounts for your guests, no email parsing for you — just a clear response that updates your list.

Generate a secure link

For any guest (or household), create an RSVP link that is unique to them — no account, no password for them to forget.

Share it your way

Send the link in your invitation, by text or however you like. You control who gets it and when.

Guests reply simply

They open a clean page and respond — attending or not, with meal choices and dietary needs where relevant.

Your list updates

Their response appears against their record straight away, so your numbers are always current.

Why tracking responses beats counting them

Replies arrive over months. A tracker that keeps status per guest — not a tally in a group chat — means you always know exactly who to chase, exactly what the caterer needs, and exactly how many chairs you need in October.

Meal choices and dietary needs come with the reply

Guests give their meal choice and dietary requirements as part of their response, so the final numbers you send your caterer are per-person and complete — including the ones that changed their mind in July.

Questions

Anything else you would like to know, you can see for yourself in the demo.

Does WedPlan send the invitations for me?

No. This version keeps you in control of delivery: you generate each secure RSVP link and share it with your own invitations. Guests use the link to reply; everything else is manual by design.

Do guests need to install anything or create an account?

No. The RSVP link opens a simple page in their browser. Replying takes under a minute.

What exactly does a guest see on the RSVP page?

A clean form asking whether they can attend, plus their meal choice and any dietary requirements. They see nothing else from your wedding — no other guests, no budget, no planning data.

Can someone reply for a whole household?

Households are the natural unit — one link can gather the responses for everyone at the same address, with each person's meal choice kept separate.

How does this relate to the guest list manager?

They are two views of the same list. The guest list manager is where everyone lives and is organised; the RSVP tracker is the focused view of collecting responses. Changes in one appear in the other instantly.

What if a guest changes their mind?

You can update any response yourself at any time, and guests can amend their own reply while their link is live.
