Venues, caterers, photographers, florists and everyone else — contacts, quotes, booking status and arrival details, kept together and connected to your plan.
What it does
From first Google search to final balance
Suppliers are the biggest costs and the biggest source of planning detail. They deserve better than an inbox.
Every contact in one place
Business name, contact person, email, telephone and website — the details you need on the day you need them.
Notes and status
Track each supplier from researching to contacted to shortlisted to booked, with your notes about quotes and conversations alongside.
Connected to your plan
Link suppliers to the budget items they belong to and the tasks they are responsible for — one record, whole picture.
Ready for the day
Because your timeline events can carry their supplier, your running order knows who should be arriving when.

A practical supplier booking checklist
- Get every quote in writing, including VAT and what it does and does not include.
- Confirm the deposit amount and the exact date the balance is due.
- Ask what happens if you cancel, and what happens if they cancel.
- Confirm arrival and setup times, and any access requirements at the venue.
- Confirm meal arrangements — most suppliers expect feeding on the day.
- Note the named person who will actually be there, not just the business.
- Reconfirm everything in writing a fortnight before the wedding.
- Save the contract against the supplier in your document store.
Why organisation beats memory
A typical UK wedding involves a dozen suppliers, spread across ten months and three quote stages each. Missed details are rarely carelessness — they are what happens when details live in an inbox you stopped reading in March. When the quote, the deposit date and the arrival time live with the supplier, the day assembles itself.
On the day itself, your timeline can name which supplier should be where, and the coordinator view carries their contact details — so the florist who is running late gets a phone call, not a panic.
Suppliers and money belong together
Questions
Anything else you would like to know, you can see for yourself in the demo.
Can WedPlan find me suppliers?
No — WedPlan is not a marketplace and will not book anything on your behalf. It is the organised home for the suppliers you find and choose.
What is the point of tracking suppliers beyond "booked"?
The stages — researching, contacted, shortlisted, booked — are how decisions actually progress. And with quotes, notes and deposit dates kept with each supplier, "shortlisted" means something.
How do suppliers connect to my budget?
Each budget item can carry its supplier, so the florist's quote lives next to the flowers budget line and its payment schedule.
What about suppliers we decide not to use?
Cancelled suppliers are kept out of the way rather than deleted, so the record and your notes remain if circumstances change.
